Leon Software was released in 2007. This flight management system has over 35K users around the world, and handles around 3K flights in a day.

A charter airline came to us looking for a solution that could be seamlessly added within Leon Software which they use as their flight management system. So I reached out to our colleagues from Leon's team to check if they would be willing to collaborate.”

The two teams collaborate closely so the integration is constantly expanded. At the beginning of 2023, PnrGo’s sanctions tool was integrated with Leon. In 2024, the new UK GAR functionality was added for their users.

How PnrGo and Leon Software integration works
PnrGo can access the flight schedules, movements, passengers and crew added in Leon Software. The data is monitored and processed automatically. The integration helps air operators follow the national API-PNR rules. It also helps them comply with international sanctions, travel authorization programs (e.g. eu-LISA EES-ETIAS or UK UPT), and passenger vetting schemes (e.g. TSA Secure Flight).
Everything happens in the background of other operations. Leon Software users can track the PnrGo processes without the need to switch between the systems. Passenger statuses (sent by authorities), sanctions screening results, and eAPIS confirmation codes can be checked in the OPS module in Leon's checklist. The color-coded statuses catch the eye so operations teams can easily spot important information. In case of issues (e.g. high sanctions score), email notifications are sent to provide extra guidance.
Flexible and time-saving: the combined Leon and PnrGo service
Since the first customer brought Leon Software and PnrGo together, many others have started using the integration. So far, the feedback has been very positive.
Global Jet likes the option to customize some of PnrGo's functionalities and add completely new features in Leon.
