MATIC has implemented relevant GDPR procedures supervised by its own Data Protection Supervisor.

MATIC manages its own direct connections to each PIU and Border Police. All connections are secured with VPNs or SSL certificates.
Data are kept on secured servers with relevant cyber security measures i.e. firewall, WAF, VPN.
Data are archived and sent to Carrier after a specified time, then permanently deleted from the database.
