In response to growing industry demand, PnrGo has developed an innovative collaboration model for trip support companies to handle PAX and CREW data submissions for their clients - air operators. The model combines adjustable data acquisition schemes with a flexible pricing plan and a framework agreement, making it simple for partners to start, scale, and manage compliance efficiently.
Trip support companies can serve a wide spectrum of aviation operators — with commercial, charter, cargo, and private aircraft. They provide critical services such as flight planning, overflight and landing permits, ground handling coordination, fueling, and catering, helping streamline complex aviation logistics from takeoff to landing.
Beyond these operational tasks, many air operators expect trip support providers to manage mandatory PAX and CREW data submissions as part of pre-flight preparations. That’s where PnrGo becomes an essential automation partner.
Automated data reporting across 70+ countries for trip support companies
PnrGo has already established its position as a market leader in automated PAX and CREW data compliance solutions for air operators. Our innovative software is used by hundreds of ground and flight operations teams worldwide.
Recognizing emerging needs in the market, we identified that trip support companies face challenges similar to those of air operators — but on a larger scale, as they manage compliance for multiple clients simultaneously. This complexity creates additional technical demands and highlights the need for a dedicated solution.
In response, PnrGo collaborated closely with trip support providers who approached us to develop a new, tailored service designed specifically for their operational model. This solution enables efficient, automated handling of compliance processes for multiple air operators flying to diverse destinations.
With PnrGo, trip support providers can benefit from automated PAX and CREW data validation, checks, and transmission to nearly 70 countries worldwide — covering PNR/API submissions, UK UPT, USA eAPIS, sanctions screening, and eu-LISA (EES and ETIAS) requirements.
Flexible model for multiple AOCs
Data reporting obligations are always tied to the air operator’s AOC (Air Operator Certificate). However, operators often expect their trip support partner to manage these submissions as part of the flight planning service.
Manual reporting is not only time-consuming and error-prone, but also difficult to maintain with constantly changing aviation data regulations. For trip support companies looking to scale operations and expand their client base, automation is no longer optional — it’s a competitive advantage.
Until now, no system could efficiently handle multiple and constantly changing AOCs. PnrGo fills this gap.
Adjustable data acquisition schemes – You choose
Whether your trip support company uses a flight planning or operations system (in-house or off-the-shelf), or manages flights manually, PnrGo adapts to both workflows:
Option 1: System integration
- Seamless integration with any flight planning software.
 - Automatic retrieval of FLIGHT, PAX, and CREW data, directly from your system.

Option 2: Data acquisition alternatives
- For companies without a flight management system.
 - Data extraction tailored to individual needs, using alternative methods, e.g. Excel or CSV.

How PAX & CREW data automation for trip supports works
PnrGo automatically validates, processes, and transmits all the required PAX and CREW data for all enrolled AOCs, according to each country’s regulations — respecting the message formats, submission timelines, and any necessary re-submissions.
Trip support teams remain responsible for accurate and timely initial data collection, as well as data updates whenever any details change.
Country enrollment process
Before sending data to any country for the first time, each AOC (Air Operator Certificate) requires a one-time country enrollment. Our trip support partners receive a Country Enrollment List, which specifies lead times per destination — e.g., technical setup for Canada requires up to three months, while most EU states need only 48 hours.
To ensure smooth operations, trip supports should notify PnrGo of new flight destinations per each AOC according to the provided timelines.
Flexible pricing model
Our pricing model gives trip support providers the flexibility they need to operate ad hoc and scale dynamically.

Alternative Solution: Client Referrals Trip support companies can also refer their clients directly to PnrGo as potential customers. In this scenario, we sign a partnership agreement that specifies commission-based referrals for any successful conversions. |
Scalable framework for growing businesses
Our framework agreement makes it easy to expand as your business grows — simply add new AOCs as needed. By partnering with PnrGo, trip support companies can:
- Simplify PAX and CREW data submissions across 70+ countries.
 - Automatically handle regulatory compliance for their clients.
 - Reduce manual work and error rates.
 - Scale faster with flexible pricing and modular integration.
